Therapeutics exercises have been shown to
strengthen spinal musculature. They are an important
component of recovering from acute injuries and chronic
pain. Numerous research studies using exercise for
chronic mechanical neck disorders indicates that there is
moderate evidence of benefit that neck strengthening exercises
reduces pain and improves function for chronic neck disorder
with headache in the short and long term.
In a recent report from the journal "Work"
research showed that exercising with Theraband tubing produced
moderate gains in isometric neck
strength. |
